Terms and conditions

You may order the items, which caught your attention, using the form “order” that is a part of every product. In the section “your message” you may write other additional questions or provide your phone number and we will contact you.

The listed price does not include packaging and delivery costs. The delivery pricing depends on the product size and transport distance. The costs for packaging and delivery will be announced to you before the payment for the product order.

1. Personal pickup at the address:

2. Slovak Post Office

We send smaller items via Slovak Post. The delivery prices are according to the Slovak Post price list. All of the packages will be insured and the ones containing glass or porcelain will be marked as fragile.


3. Individual delivery or delivery company

Larger items will be delivered to you individually in Bratislava and around (up to 30km) after the agreement with you. To deliver items to further places, we use TOPTRANS delivery company.


4. International delivery

If you wish to have the item sent abroad, please, note in your order form and we will inform you of the pricing and delivery options.


Payment options

1. Cash payment

- with personal delivery at the buyer’s address


2. Bank transfer

- with postal delivery

- with delivery via Toptrans company

Based on the issued invoice sent via email. You will receive the original invoice with the item delivery.



- you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it

- to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

- your item must be in the original packaging

- your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

1. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your retumed item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

2. Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
